Any powerboat with a top speed potential greater
than 70 mph;

Any powerboat that participates in any organized races
(excluding sailboats);

Any boat that may be used for a commercial purpose;

Any airboat, amphibious vehicle or hovercraft;

Custom boat that is not used for regular navigation
such as a stationary houseboat;

Any boat that has more than 6 regular operators;

Any boat that has more than 2 owners
(excluding spouses);

Any boat with a primary operator under the age of 16;

Any boat that is Unseaworthy;

Any boat with a steam engine

Any boat with an engine that has been modified for
additional performance such as the use of a nitrous-oxide booster;

Any boat with a regular operator that has been convicted of or
pleaded no contest to a felony;

Any boat with a regular operator that has had more than 4 minor
motor vehicle violations within the last 36 months;

Any boat with a regular operator that has had more that 1 major
motor vehicle violation within the last 36 months;

Any boat with a beam over 8’6" that is trailered;

Any boat that is used for parasailing;
